    Q: Product Images
    Why do some of the designs on the samples look distorted? Will I receive them that way?

    A: The images displayed on our website are small and at low resolution to help web pages load faster.

    Our wrappers/labels are printed using high-quality equipment and paper which produces a beautiful keepsake product with bright vivid colors and clear, sharp text.

    Q: Candy Bars
    What brands of candy bars can I use for the candy bar wrappers?

    A: Our wrappers fit the following standard size candy bars:

    Hershey's® Milk Chocolate (1.55 oz)
    Nestle® Crunch (1.55 oz)

    Hershey's® Milk Chocolate with Almonds (1.45 oz)...will require modification of wrapper

    If ordering wrappers only, please indicate the candy bar you will be using in the Additional Information box.

    Our mini candy bar wrappers fit the Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures. These bars come in an assortment of Milk Chocolate, Krackel®, Special Dark® and Mr. Goodbar®.

    Q: Color Matching
    Can you match the colors we're using for a party, baby shower, etc? Our school colors?

    A: We will make every attempt to match your color(s) if you send us a sample swatch of fabric, ribbon, invitation, napkin, etc. Every monitor and printer produces different colors so we cannot guarantee an exact match. However, we will make every attempt to get it as close as possible.

    Q: Custom Design
    What if there's a design I'm interested in but it's not on your site? Can you make it for me?

    A: We love custom design requests!! We invite you to contact us by phone or email with your ideas or you can stop by the Custom Design Requests section (under Shop category) and select the item you are interested in. Then, just fill in the blanks and once we review it, we begin working on your design.

    If we need additional information or have any questions, we will contact you by phone or email. We ask that you supply us with good contact info when sending in your request.

    Q: Fonts
    Do you have a list of fonts and text colors I can choose from? Can I request a particular font be used?

    A: Due to the amount of fonts we have, there is simply not enough room to list them all. We will however, carefully select a group of fonts that we feel will go perfect with your design and include them in the sample.

    You are more than welcome to request a particular font be used. If we don't have it in our database, we will try to obtain it.

    Q: Inappropriate Items
    What type of designs are not allowed?

    A: We're pretty open-minded to a lot of different ideas/themes that set itself apart from the norm. With this in mind, we do offer designs that may be considered risqué to place on our site.

    If there is a design you would like, please don't hesistate to contact us. You won't know unless you ask :-)

    We do however reserve the right to refuse an order if we consider it inappropriate.

    Q: Ordering
    How far in advance should I place my order?

    A: You should consider placing an order no later than 14 days prior to your special occasion.

    Our items ship out 7 business days after final approval has been received on sample(s) emailed to customer. Your timely responses to our emails will help ensure that you receive your order in time for your event.

    NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!

    What payments do you accept?

    A: We accept payments through Paypal* using the following credit/debit cards:

    *PayPal is FREE to use and is a secure method of sending your payment.

    Q: Personalization
    What type of information can I have placed on my items?

    A: You can place a person's name, nickname, favorite saying or poem, sentiments, scripture....the possibilites are endless! A photo can also be added to the wrapper (please read Photos & Logos below).

    Another idea for full-size candy bars is to make the wrapper into an invitation to your party or special event! The same wording you would find on a paper invitation can be placed on the wrapper instead. What an awesome way to stand out from the crowd!

    Q: Photos & Logos
    Can I add a photo or logo to my order?

    A: All pictures need to be in 300 dpi or larger for best printing. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated images due to the wrong resolution.

    Please make sure you hold the copyright to the images you send me. I am not responsible for the misuse of professional pictures and you cannot hold us liable.

    Q: Pre-Assembled Chocolate Wrappers/Items
    Will you ship pre-assembled chocolate bars, chocolate candy, etc.?

    A: Yes we do! Listed below is our shipping policy for orders that include chocolate:

    **Local/Surrounding Areas:
    If you live in San Antonio (TX) or the surrounding areas, we will be more than happy to make arrangements to meet for delivery or pick-up.

    **Warm Weather Shipping Policy (April-October):
    Effective January 5th, 2012: We will no longer mail orders that contain chocolate during these warm weather months due to increased costs of products associated with these types of deliveries. We invite you to place orders for your summer event earlier in the year (November-March) as chocolate will keep well in a cool, dry place.

    Customers living in San Antonio or surrounding areas will still be allowed to order products with chocolate during warm weather months only if product is to be delivered.

    **Cooler Weather Shipping Policy (November-March):
    Products containing chocolate is available for shipping to all customers!!

    How will I know when your prices have changed?

    A: Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.

    Q: Proofing
    Will I be able to proof my order?

    A: Yes! We will send a sample of each item ordered to you via email for proofing. Please make sure your email address associated with your account is correct.

    Work will not begin on your order until approval has been received.

    The sample you receive will have a slight watermark. This watermark will not be printed on the actual wrapper. Please do not ask for a sample without the watermark as this request will be denied.

    Q: Refund Policy
    What is your refund policy?

    A: Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur. Please notify us by phone or email within 5 days of receipt of your order. If we have not printed exactly what appeared on your order form or the final proof which you approved, we will reprint the order as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

    If, however, we have printed exactly what appeared on the final proof which you approved and you subsequently realize that it is incorrect (if, for example, there is a misspelling or if you omitted some information), we will reprint at a reduced price. You are responsible for the cost of this reprint. We do everything possible to eliminate errors, you are ultimately responsible for errors on order forms or proofs which are approved by you.

    Q: Rush Orders
    What if I have a Rush Order?

    A: The turn around time for orders is 7 business days. Customers needing items before this timeframe will need to contact us first and may be subjected to a rush order fee.

    Q: Sales Tax
    Do I need to add sales tax?

    A: If you are a Texas resident, a sales tax charge of 8.125% will be added to your order during checkout.

    Residents located outside of Texas will not be charged.

    Q: Saved Carts
    I saved items in my cart so I could come back and buy them at a later time. Since then, I noticed the price for the same items I wanted have changed. Why won't it let me buy them at the price it was originally was?

    A: Our prices are subject to change without notice at anytime. Anytime a product/products are saved in your cart, this does not guarantee the price will remain the same until the time of purchase.

    If prices change, products in your cart will then have to be purchased at the new price.

    Where do you ship your products?

    A: We only ship within the United States and AFO/APO addresses.

    We are located in San Antonio, Texas and deliver within this area.

    At the present time, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Q: Shipping Method
    How are my items shipped?

    A: We offer Express (overnight) and Priority (2-3 days) Mail via USPS. A delivery confirmation number is included with all shipments.

    Q: Shipping Insurance
    May I purchase shipping insurance for my package?

    A: Yes you may! Please contact us for details.

    Please note, USPS does not insure perishables (i.e. chocolate, lollipops) if damaged during shipment. We can only insure the materials used to create your product.

    If your package is insured and then lost, USPS must approve and issue any refunds before a replacement or credit can be issued to you.

    Q: Water Bottle Labels
    What type of water bottle labels do you offer?

    A: Our labels fit around most standard 16.9 fl oz or 8 oz water bottles (we use Nestle Purelife as our design guide). Our pre-cut labels are offered in:

    *waterproof and non-waterproof paper
    *self-adhesive and non-adhesive backing

    Waterproof labels can be submerged in ice and/or water with no damage occuring to the label or ink (labels are printed with a laser printer which causes the ink not to run or smudge).

    Non-waterproof labels cannot be submerged and is recommended to be served at room temperature.

    LOCAL ORDERS ONLY: Customers in the San Antonio (TX) or surrounding areas are welcomed to purchase water bottles assembled with the label at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

    Q: Wrappers Only
    How do I assemble the wrapper over the candy bar?

    A: Along with your pre-cut personalized candy wrappers and color-coordinated foil, you will also receive a sheet of written instructions with pictures.

    Supplies needed are:
    clear transparent tape
    a glue stick or double-sided tape
