Q: Candy Bars
What brands of candy bars can I use for the candy bar wrappers?
A:
Our wrappers fit the following standard size candy bars:
Hershey's® Milk Chocolate (1.55 oz)
Hershey's® Cookies'n'Creme (1.55 oz)
Hershey's® Mr. Goodbar (1.75 oz)
Nestle® Crunch (1.55 oz)
Hershey's® Milk Chocolate with Almonds (1.45 oz)...will require modification of wrapper
If ordering wrappers only, please indicate the candy bar you will be using.
Our mini candy bar wrappers fit the Hershey's® Assorted Miniatures. These bars come in an assortment of Milk Chocolate, Krackel®, Special Dark®, and Mr. Goodbar®. Please note the Special Dark® Miniature has gold foil ends.

Q: Color Matching
Can you match my wedding colors, our school colors, etc.?
A:
We will make every attempt to match your colors if you send us a sample swatch of fabric, ribbon, invitation, napkin, etc. Every monitor and printer produces different colors so we cannot guarantee an exact match. However, we will make every attempt to get it as close as possible.
At your request, we will provide you with a hard copy of the wrapper so that you can see how the final output color and quality will look.

Can I put my child's favorite cartoon character, movie/music star, sports hero, etc. on the wrapper?
A:
We do not use images that are copyrighted or trademarked.
We do, however, offer some items with faux characters.
Q: Create Your Own/Custom Design
What if there's a design I'm interested in but it's not on your site? Can you make it for me?
A:
We love custom requests and will work with you until you are happy at no extra charge.
Please be patient and know that we work carefully with each client to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Q: Designs
Why do some of the designs on the samples look distorted? Will I receive them that way?
A:
Due to the allocated space of our displays, we have to re-size our wrappers and labels. By doing this, it causes the design to look distorted.
Please be assured that each design prints out crisp and clear.
Q: Fonts
Do you have a list of fonts and text colors I can choose from? Can I request a particular font be used?
A:
Due to the amount of fonts we have, there is simply not enough room to list them all. We will however, carefully select a group of fonts that we feel will go perfect with your design and include them in the sample.
You are more than welcome to request a particular font be used. If we don't have it in our database, we will try to obtain it.
Q: Inappropriate Items
What type of designs are not allowed?
A:
We're pretty open-minded to a lot of different themes that set itself apart from the norm. We do offer designs that may be a little risqué to place on our site.
If there is a design you would like, please don't hesistate to contact us. You won't know unless you ask :-)
We reserve the right to refuse an order if we consider it inappropriate.
Q: Ordering
How far in advance should I place my order?
A:
Most of our items will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed and payment is made.
NO ITEMS WILL BE MADE OR SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN RECEIVED!

What payments do you accept?
A:
We accept payments through Paypal* using the following credit/debit cards:

*PayPal is FREE to use and is a secure method of sending your payment.
If you live in San Antonio (Texas) or the surrounding areas and would like to pay in cash, please contact us prior to placing your order online.
Q: Personalization
What type of information can I have placed on my items?
A:
You can place a person's name, nickname, favorite saying or poem, sentiments, scripture....the possibilites are endless! A photo can also be added to the wrapper (please read Photos & Logos below).
Another idea for full-size candy bars is to make the wrapper into an invitation to your party or special event! The same wording you would find on a paper invitation can be placed on the wrapper instead. What an awesome way to stand out from the crowd!

Can I add a photo or logo to my order?
A:
All pictures need to be in 300 dpi or larger for best printing. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated images due to the wrong resolution.
Please make sure you hold the copyright to the images you send me. I am not responsible for the misuse of professional pictures and you cannot hold us liable.
To send us your photo/logo, please contact us first. Our email address is not located on our site to help avoid spam emails.
Q: Pre-Assembled Chocolate Wrappers/Items
Will you ship pre-assembled chocolate bars, chocolate candy, etc.?
A:
Yes we will! We ask all customers to read our Warm Weather Shipping Policy (located under the Info tab) prior to placing an order.
Q: Privacy Policy
What is your Privacy Policy?
A:
Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be sold or given to any third parties.
Q: Proofing
Will I be able to proof my order?
A:
Yes. We ask that each customer proofread their order before printing. We will send a sample to you via email. We will not begin work on the order until we receive a response back from you. It is your responsibility to find any errors. Please make sure that your email address associated with your account is correct.
The sample you receive will have a slight watermark. This watermark will not be printed on the actual wrapper. Please do not ask for a sample without the watermark as this request will be denied.
Q: Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
A:
At Oodles and Doodles of Sweets, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
Due to the nature of these items, we do not offer refunds. Proofs are always sent to be approved. Once you approve the proof, you are agreeing to everything you see and therefore, no refunds can be given.
Q: Rush Orders
What if I have a Rush Order?
A:
We will do rush orders if we can fit it into our schedule but there will be a $10.00 rush order fee added to your total.
Approval must be received beforehand and we ask that you contact us prior to placing your order.
Q: Sales Tax
Do I need to add sales tax?
A:
If you are a Texas resident, a sales tax charge of 8.125% will be added to your order during checkout.
If you are located outside of Texas, you will not be charged sales tax.
Q: Shipping
Where do you ship your products?
A:
We only ship within the United States.
We are located in San Antonio, Texas and deliver within this area.
At the present time, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that one day, we will be able to do international orders.
Q: Shipping Method
How are my items shipped?
A:
We ship via USPS unless otherwise requested by you. We offer: Express Mail (overnight), Priority Mail (2-3 Days) and Parcel (7-11 Days). A delivery confirmation number is included with all shipments.
We can always upgrade to FedEx or UPS, but you must pay the difference. Should you decide to have your shipping upgraded, we would simply send you an invoice for the difference via PayPal.
Please note that Oodles and Doodles of Sweets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Q: Wrappers Only
How do I assemble the wrapper over the candy bar?
A:
Each order for full-size candy bar wrappers come with a set of instructions along with the ordered (pre-cut) personalized candy wrappers and foil. Supplies needed are: clear transparent tape and a glue stick.
