Shipping Policy

**If you live in San Antonio (TX) or the surrounding areas, we will be more than happy to make arrangements to meet for delivery or pick-up.  During summer months (May-September), orders that include chocolate will be delivered with ice packs.**

**Warm Weather Shipping Policy (April-September):

If shipping during these months, we suggest purchasing wrappers only due to chocolate melting when exposed to heat.  We also suggest placing an order for your summer event earlier in the year as chocolate will keep well in a cool, dry place.

If you do choose pre-assembled candy bars, we will do our best to package your purchase with extra caution but we cannot guarantee the chocolate will not melt or otherwise, damage during shipment.  We will package your chocolate bars with cooling packs and extra shipping material and only ship out:  Monday thru Wednesday's (Express Mail) & Monday and Tuesday's (Priority Mail) to avoid weekend transit.  We recommend using Express Mail as your shipping method.  

 **Shipping Policy (October-March):

If shipping during the Fall, Winter and Spring months, you may choose the shipping method of your choice.

*Recommendation:  Packages should be sent to a residential or business address where you, a family member or friend can receive your package.  We will not be responsible for packages damaged due to recipients not being home.
